What is a DUTCH test?
DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. Rather than one blood draw, you collect four or five small urine samples on filter paper across one day, at home, and mail them to the lab.
Because those samples span a full day, the test shows patterns instead of moments. It measures estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and their metabolites, meaning what your body converts those hormones into, alongside your cortisol rhythm from morning through bedtime.
It is not a blood test and it does not replace one. It answers a different question. Not just how much, but what your body is doing with it.
How we read your DUTCH Test results
A DUTCH test is only worth what the person reading it can do with it. A stack of graphs you cannot decode is not an answer.
